Growing into Wings is an editorial in collaboration with Ariel Bretas from Vogue Italia.
It reimagines the familiar story of a bird learning to fly as a metaphor for identity and transformation. Rather than presenting belonging as the reward for fitting into an existing ideal, the editorial explores the journey of growing into oneself.
Drawing on symbols of metamorphosis, from the caterpillar becoming a butterfly to the ugly duckling becoming a swan, the project reflects on the beauty of every stage of personal growth.
